The Concert Band comprises around 30 amateur players of varying ability.
The range of music the band plays is broad including concert band arrangements of symphonic pieces and overtures, music from Broadway and West End shows, film scores, easy listening, TV themes and arrangements of popular music.
Concert Band rehearsals are held from 19.30hrs-21.30hrs on Thursdays in St George's Church Hall, St George's Church, Gravesend. New members are welcome to turn up to any rehearsal although prior notice is always appreciated if for no other reason than to make sure that a part is available!
